나는 부를 가벼이 여겨 억누르네

또한 사랑을 비웃고 있네

그리고 명예를 향한 갈망은 꿈에 지나지 않았네

아침과 함께 사라져 버린 ㅡ

또 내가 기도한다면, 그 유일한 기도는

나를 위해 내 입술을 움직이는

것이네 ㅡ "지금 내가 참아낼 마음을 남기고

나에게 자유를 주는"

그렇다네, 그들의 목표를 스치는 내 빠른 날들처럼

그것은 내가 간청한 모든 것이라네

삶과 죽음을 향한, 한 구속 없는 영혼

견디어 내기 위한 용기를 품은!
